Check all the below advantages
of shopping with us!
1
Design
Our products are designed with a 3-D CAD program. This ensures that our products fit correctly. It also helps reduce waste and the impact on the environment.
2
Joint Construction
Our joint construction is the foundation for our cabinets. We combine traditional rabbits and dados with modern screws and polyurethane based glue to ensure strength. Each component is constructed from 3/4 inch premium hardwood plywood.
3
Faceplates
Our faceplates and accessories are all manufactured from a marine grade HDPE plastic. This UV stable material provides superior scratch and impact resistance.
4
Finish Preparation
All of the products are profiled and sanded to ensure a seamless and uniform finish.
Scorpion X02
Scorpion XO2 is a polyurethane based coating system that is designed to provide tough and durable protection. This coating ensures that our cabinets will be able to stand up to extreme conditions for years to come. It does this by providing excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, and superior tear resistance properties. With proper preparation and application, it creates a superior bond to the wood. Scorpion XO2 performs exceptionally well in virtually all weather and chemical environments. It can also be easily cleaned and repaired, if necessary.

Drawer Slides
6
Drawer slides are an integral component in any cabinet. We use only heavy duty Accuride drawer slides, standard within the fire apparatus industry, rated for up to 600 pounds. These slides have a *limited lifetime warranty which adds value to the cabinet. There is an available built-in latch which will lock the drawer closed or fully extended.
